TYRE SHREDDER AND ITS TYPES

Introduction
Having to dispose waste and unwanted tyres could be a herculean task. This is majorly because tyres are made to be indestructible. The materials used in making tyres include natural rubber, synthetic rubber, fabric, wire, carbon black and such other chemical compounds. Due to these materials, tyres are indestructible. As a result of the indestructible nature of tyres, it becomes hard to dispose them. Ordinarily, when things are to be disposed, they get destroyed most times. But these tyres cannot be destroyed. Statistics showed that an estimate of 3 billion tyres were in waste piles in the U.S in 1990 These tyres turn out to cause nuisance in the society and more so, the accumulation of more unwanted tyres would be detrimental to the health of people in the society. Hence, a solution is needed for to attend to this situation. The solution hence is to shred the unwanted tyres with Tyre Shredder.
Tyre shredding
Tyre Shredding is a process whereby tyres are torn into fragments and bits. By shredding tyres, this allows the process of recycling the tyres for the benefits of the society. This process is done with the use of Tyre Shredder.
Because tyres are very resilient and durable, tyre shredder is the only equipment that can be effective because it has more torque than the wood or garbage shredder. The most common type of shredder is the Shear Shredder. These shredders are equipped with in built safeties that ensure that foreign objects are not damaged when they accidentally fall into the shredder, as the machine would reverse itself so as not to damage the knives and shaft also.
